Milk contains a wide variety of vitamins and minerals, which are among the many nutrients that humans need, such as calcium, protein, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, potassium, phosphorus and iodine.
We produce over 25 million litres of milk annually on our dairy farm in Tasmania. The favourable Tasmanian climate provide excellent conditions for our 900 dairy cows, allowing them to graze on lush, green pastures all year round.
By combining the latest dairy technology, animal welfare practices and environmental stewardship, our dairy team is proving that milk production can be both efficient and sustainable.
In 2013, Clovelly Dairy was awarded the Tasmanian Landcare award “Innovation in Sustainable Farm Practices”, and in 2021, Clovelly Dairy was awarded the Dairy Farm Employer of Choice Award” at the Tasmanian Dairy Award.
