New CEO has been appointed

VALLØ, 27 NOVEMBER 2024 – Ingleby Farms, a global company driven by regenerative farming principles, is pleased to announce the appointment of Anders H. Nørgaard as their new CEO.

“We are delighted to welcome Anders as our new CEO,” says Chairman Truels Damsgaard. “With his solid and extensive experience in international farming, we are confident that Anders will lead Ingleby Farms successfully into the future.”

Anders H. Nørgaard is leaving FirstFarms, where he has been CEO since 2012.

“I am honoured to be entrusted with the role as CEO for Ingleby Farms,” says Anders H. Nørgaard. “It is an exciting and global company, and I look forward to driving the strategic vision forward and building on the strong foundation created by the team since 1998.”

Anders H. Nørgaard succeeds Hans Henrik Koefoed, who has been interim CEO since May 2024 and previously CEO from 2005 to 2021. Anders takes office 1 September 2025.
