Leadership change

VALLØ, 2 JUNI 2021 – Ingleby Farms, a global company driven by regenerative farming principles, announces CEO transition effective 1 June 2021. After 16 years as CEO, Hans Henrik Koefoed is retiring at the age of 65. Hans Henrik will serve as the Chairman of the Board, starting 1 July 2021.

“It has been an honour leading Ingleby Farms to where it is today. It has been 16 exciting years as CEO with growth and development. I am proud of the team, and I am pleased to hand over the leadership to Andrei Pavel,” says Hans Henrik Koefoed.

Andrei Pavel joined Ingleby Farms in 2012 and became country manager for the company’s Romanian business in 2016. June 2020, Andrei became the vice-CEO to enable a seamless transition of leadership.

“I am grateful to be chosen by the Board as Ingleby Farms’ next CEO. It is a privilege to lead this innovative company and to build on Hans Henrik’s legacy. I will continue our long-term commitment to how we farm and steward the land.”
