Fruits & nuts

At Ingleby, we are specialists in growing high-quality horticultural crops such as avocados, blueberries and table grapes.

Our constant goal is to supply healthy, nutritious and safe products to the markets.

Avocados are often called a "super food" thanks to the many health benefits they provide in a balanced diet.

Ingleby grows avocados in Peru, where our avocado groves thrive in the mild coastal climate.

Our main production is the dark green, pebbly skinned Hass variety. We also have a smaller production of the green skinned Pinkerton, Ettinger and Zutano, but these are mainly used as pollinisers.

We harvest our avocados from March to May.

Our avocados are internationally recognised for their quality.

Table Grapes

Table grapes are one of the most popular fruits worldwide.

On our farms in Peru, we grow the seedless varieties Crimson, Superior and Thompson as well as the seeded Red Globe. We also test new table grape varieties.

We harvest our table grapes from October to January.

The quality of our grapes has been recognised by major retailers.

Blueberries contain more antioxidants than any other fruit. Sweet tasting and full of nutrients, these berries are a healthy addition to any diet.

We grow blueberries in Peru and Romania. Both countries have excellent conditions for growing large, firm berries full of flavour.

In Peru we harvest our blueberries from August to December. In Romania our harvest is from May to July.

Our blueberries are hand-picked and go through strict quality controls before they are cooled, packed and shipped. We handle our blueberries with care to make sure their health properties and freshness are preserved from our farms to the store shelves.

Our blueberry productions are Global G.A.P certified.

Pistachios are rich in nutrients, minerals and fibre. Like all nuts, they are a healthy source of monounsaturated fat, which can help lower cholesterol.

Ingleby’s pistachio orchard is located at the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, California. California is known to be home to the world’s best pistachios.

Pistachios must be hulled and dried within 12 hours of harvest. Failure to do so will result in a stained and degraded product. To ensure our pistachios are of the highest quality, we therefore have our own pistachio hulling, drying and storage facilities on farm.

Our pistachio production meets the highest environmental standards.
